What we offer
Three programmes, one method
Each session works from real, obtainable documents relevant to your area and your story.
Land Use and Planning Records
A session on following land use decisions through openly published material. Covers county physical planning notices, published change of use applications, environmental assessment reports placed on public record, and how a decision is documented from application to determination. Emphasis is placed on describing accurately what each stage actually establishes.
Included: one 100-minute session, a written guide to the relevant document types, the bodies that publish them, and the correct routes for obtaining copies.
